- Verify that your SIM card is activated and unlocked (For more info, please reach out to your carrier).
- Open the Settings app.
- Select Cellular.
- Test your connection by opening a web page on your device.
Samsung
- Verify that your SIM card is activated and unlocked (For more info, please reach out to your carrier).
- Open the Settings app.
- Select Connections.
- Select Mobile Networks.
- Verify that Mobile Data is ON.
- Test your connection by opening a web page on your device.
Once connected, you will see bars at the top of your screen to indicate the strength of your connection. 4 bars or more are recommended for a stable connection.
