There are several reasons why you may not be able to use your creator code, including (but not limited to):
- You did not complete the tax information within the specified time
- Your Epic Games account is unusable (Violation of Epic Games Terms of Service)
- Your Creator Code is unavailable ( ineligible for the program)
- Creator Support Program Eligibility Requirements
- Participation in collection eligibility requirements
If you meet the relevant requirements, you will be paid.
Please note that if you re-apply for our Creator Support Program using a new Epic Games account, your previous Creator Code will no longer work as it was linked to your original account. This also means that future payments related to it will not be made to any new accounts.
