How do I troubleshoot my connection on an Android device to play Rocket League Sideswipe?

Slow connection is never fun and we are here to help! For a smooth experience, it is important to have a reliable network connection with a strong signal. Playing on a stable WiFi network or on a solid 4G/5G connection is key.

If you are still experiencing connectivity issues on your Android device, follow the steps below.

Force close your apps

  1. Swipe up from the bottom of your phone.
  2. Tap the Clear All button to close all apps that are currently running.

Restart your device

  1. Hold the Power button for 2 seconds.
  2. Select Restart.

Restart your WiFi

  1. Disconnect your device from your WiFi.

  4. Plug your router back into the power source.
  5. Wait until the lights turn back on.
  6. Reconnect your device to the WiFi.
  7. Test your connection by going to a web page you haven’t been to in a while.
