Frequent crashes in Fortnite on i9-13900K/KF/KS or i9-14900K/KF/KS CPUs

We are aware of an issue where Fortnite crashes frequently on i9-13900K/KF/KS or i9-14900K/KF/KS CPUs.

Determine the manufacturer of your Motherboard:

1. Press and hold the Windows key on your keyboard.
2. Press the R key.
   The Run window will open.
3. In the text field type: msinfo32
4. Press the Enter key.
   MSinfo will open.
5. Select System Summary.
6. Find BaseBoard Manufacturer.

If the manufacturer is ASUS, Gigabyte or MSI continue to the next set of steps. If the manufacturer is not one of these please contact Epic Player Support by clicking on the Contact Us button below.

1. Access your BIOS.
   On Asus: [Notebook/Desktop/AIO] How to enter the BIOS configuration
   On Gigabyte: How to enter the Dual BIOS setting?
   On MSI: [Motherboard] Motherboard BIOS Function Setup and Introduction
2. Select Advanced Mode.
   Typically by pressing the F7 key.
3. Select the AI Tweaker tab or the Extreme Tweaker tab.
4. Change SVID Behavior setting to Intel Fail Safe.
5. Save Changes and Exit.
