How do I reset my PIN for Parental Controls on my Epic Games account?

To reset your PIN for Parental Controls on your Epic account, follow these steps:

1. Go to https://www.epicgames.com/account/parental-controls and log in.
   Note: If you are a parent/guardian of an account, you still must log into the child's account to update the PIN code related to that account.
2. If you are mainly playing on consoles, make sure that you are logged into the same Epic account. The best way to do it is to compare the Account ID on the website to the in-game Account ID, they have to be the same. 3. Enter your 6-digit PIN and click CONFIRM.
   Note: If you don't remember your PIN click here.
   
4. At the top of the page, under MANAGE YOUR PARENTAL CONTROL PIN click Change PIN.
   
5. Enter the new PIN that you want to use in the pop-up window and click on CHANGE PIN.

If you don’t remember your current PIN:

1. Click Forgot Your PIN?
   
2. A confirmation window will pop up. Click on CONFIRM.
   
3. You will receive an email with instructions to reset your PIN.
   Note: For accounts that belong to Minors the PIN reset email will be sent to the parent/guardian email address associated with the account.
