For self-refunded games or refunds requested from Player Support, refunds may
take 3-14 business days to return to your account depending on the type of
payment method you used.
If you have not received a refund after this time period, please contact your
payment method provider as they will be able to assist.

was sent to a payment method that is no longer active, please contact your
