To refund your eligible Epic Games Store purchase, follow the Self-Service refund steps below. For eligibility requirements see the Epic Games Store Refund Policy. If the game you wish to refund is within the refund policy with no self-service option, please contact Player Support.
You will receive a confirmation notice at the bottom of your screen letting you know the refund has been completed.
By default, refunds are sent to the original payment method, but this may not always be possible depending on what payment method you used.
