How to access support for Twinmotion

If you are looking for Twinmotion support, please follow the steps below:

  1. Navigate to https://twinmotionhelp.epicgames.com/s/?language=en_US
  2. Use the search bar at the top of the page to look at articles and other resources that may have the answer to your question.
  3. If you do not find the answer to your question, you can click the New Discussion button in order to post your question to the discussion boards.
    Note: If you need to include sensitive information in your discussion, choose "Contact Us". Discussions created through the Contact Us button will be viewable only by Epic Games, Inc.


If for any reason the Contact Us button is missing or does not seem to be working, follow the steps below:

  1. Navigate to this link https://communityportal.epicgames.com/s/
  2. Choose SIGN IN WITH EPIC GAMES
  3. Sign in using your Epic Games login credentials
  4. Click the button Don't see the community you are looking for?
  5. In the Community dropdown, click the Twinmotion option
  6. Input the Summary and Description of your concern. You also have the option to attach files if needed by clicking the Upload Files button
  7. Click the SUBMIT button when done.
