If you need to request a copy of your tax document to be resent, or if there are any apparent issues with them, email taxsupport-epicgames@taxidentity.com. Please include the following information:
- Your full legal name
- Your legal address
- Your email on file
- The TI number you were assigned when you initially signed up
Ensure the email address taxsupport-epicgames@taxidentity.com is added to your contacts otherwise your email provider may categorize the return email as spam or junk, or quarantine the email and remove the attachment.
