If you receive the message, “Samsung In-App Purchase” denied, please follow the steps below.
- Determine if your device is an available device or a test/marketing/development device.
If you purchased your device and had it validated/activated by a service provider, proceed to Step 2.
If your device is a test/marketing/development device, we can’t guarantee validation of the IMEI (unique serial number) because it may have skipped the factory IMEI issuance step. - Go to the Settings menu to get the IMEI number and device ID (eg. SM-G975F).
- Contact Samsung Support and provide the IMEI number and device ID to check its validity.
