As a member of the Fortnite Crew, you will receive the Fortnite Crew Pack at approximately 8 PM EDT / 7 PM EST on the last day of each month. However, the V-Bucks are added to your account on the day of your billing, your exact billing date depends on your subscription date and/or your primary platform. Please check your account on the primary platform to see your next billing date or refer to the Fortnite Crew section in-game (located in the Battle tab) to see when your next V-Bucks or Crew Pack grant is.
It may take up to 72 hours for the content to appear in your account. If after that time, you do not see it, log out and log back in.
