While trying to make purchases in Fortnite on your mobile or tablet devices, you may not be able to scroll down to the payment methods or click the purchase button. Make sure your Android OS is up-to-date. To update your Android OS follow the instructions described here.
If you still experience the issue after updating your Android device, change the Android store to Samsung with the following process:
- Open Fortnite.
- From the lobby, click on the main menu on the top left.
- Select the Cog icon.
- Click on Settings.
- Select the Account and Privacy tab in the top-right corner.
- Scroll down to the Android Store selection option and change it to Samsung.
