If you recently made a purchase within the Epic Game Store that then goes on sale, you can refund your purchase for a full refund and immediately re-purchase the product as long as it was purchased within the past 14 days and you've played it less than 2 hours.
We do not consider refunding purchases that go on sale to be refund abuse.
If Epic determines you are abusing the refund policy, you may not be eligible for future refunds. The refund policy exists so you can purchase with comfort and to make sure you only spend money on the games you want to play!
