Why can’t I, or my child, sign into our Epic Account with the Nintendo login?

If you, or your child, are having issues logging into the correct Epic Account with [Sign in with Nintendo], please try the following:

1. Open an Incognito browser in Chrome (Shift + Ctrl + N)
2. Use your Nintendo Sign-in ID and password

Please note:

If you are using a Nintendo Child Account it will not have an email address.

If you are using your Nintendo Account email address, you may be logging into the parent account and not the child account.

You can find your Nintendo Sign-in ID with either of these methods:

1. Visit https://accounts.nintendo.com/family
2. Select the desired child account
3. Go into Sign-in and security settings
4. Click on edit, next to the Sign-in ID
5. Input your password
