How do I tell which Epic Games account I am logged into?

If you have multiple Epic Game accounts you may see different behavior or options depending on which platform you are logged into. Examples of this might be:

  • Redeeming V-Bucks cards and not seeing the V-Bucks show.
  • Redeeming V-Bucks cards and the V-Bucks appear on the wrong account.
  • You have enabled 2FA, but the game is still asking you to enable 2FA.
  • You have changed the PIN on the website, but its not working in game.

Any of these can happens when you are logged into one account, but you meant to apply changes to a different account.

The quickest way to ensure you are on the correct account is to log out of your current account and sign back in.

To find Account ID on the web:

  1. Go to: www.epicgames.com
  2. Click Sign-in in the top right corner.
    If you are automatically signing in you will see a player icon in the upper right corner.
  3. Sign in to your Epic Games account.
  4. Hover over the player profile icon in the upper right corner.
  5. Select Account.
  6. Select Account Setting in the left column.

To find Account ID in Fortnite:

  1. Start Fortnite.
  2. Select your player profile icon in the upper right corner.
  3. Select Settings (gear icon).
  4. Select the Account tab (person icon).
  5. Hover on Epic Account ID.
    Your Epic account ID will appear on the right.

To find Account ID in Fall Guys:

  1. Start Fall Guys.
  2. Open the Social Menu.
  3. Select Settings (gear icon) in the upper right corner.
  4. Click the Show Account ID button.

To find Account ID in Rocket League:

There is no way to view the Account ID in Rocket League.
