If you are located in Bahrain, Brazil, the United Arab Emirates, Kuwait, or Qatar, and you are experiencing issues when linking between your LEGO account and your Epic account, please follow the steps below to link your accounts. If you follow any steps other than the ones below, you may experience errors.
Note: You may need to enable pop-up windows on your web browser.
- Open www.epicgames.com.
- Click on Sign-in in the top right corner and sign into your Epic Games account.
- Hover over your display name and click Account.
- Click on Apps and Accounts and then select Accounts
- Click on Connect for LEGO account.
- Click on Connect Account.
- A pop-up window will appear. Follow through the prompts to create or sign into your LEGO account. Make sure you have a valid LEGO account by clicking the "Create New Account" button on the LEGO website and following the on screen instructions.
- Click Allow.
- Your Epic Games account is now successfully linked to your LEGO account.
