If you don't receive 2FA codes via SMS message, you can use 2FA via email to log into your account instead:
- On the 2FA prompt, click Try another way.
- Select Send a Two-Factor verification code to your email.
- Go to your email inbox, locate the code, and enter it into the SECURITY CODE field.
- After you enter the code you will be logged into your account.
Once you're logged into your account, try disabling and re-enabling SMS 2FA:
- Go to the Password & Security section of your Account management page
- Turn off the SMS Authentication by clicking the ... and then selecting Remove method
- Click Remove SMS Authentication in the pop-up window.
- Turn SMS Authentication back on by clicking Set Up next to the SMS Code For Two-Factor Authentication
- Fill out the information in the prompts to enable 2FA via SMS
