What are my Fortnite Logs and how do I send them to you?

Log files contain important data about the behavior of your Fortnite application. These can be useful when trying to diagnose issues.

In order to send us your Fortnite Log files, use the steps below.

On PC:
  1. Exit the Fortnite Application.
  2. Navigate to C:\Users\<YOUR USERNAME>\AppData\Local\FortniteGame\Saved\Logs.
    1. The AppData folder is hidden by default.  If you are unable to see it, please use this Microsoft support article to view hidden folders.
  3. Zip your Logs folder and attach the zip file to your ticket with Player Support.
    1. You can use these Microsoft support steps to zip the folder on Windows.
On Mac:
  1. Exit the Fortnite Application.
  2. Navigate to Library/Logs/FortniteGame
  3. Zip your Logs folder and attach the zip file to your ticket with Player Support.
    1. You can use these Apple support steps to zip the folder on Mac.
