You can purchase any available Founder's Pack upgrades in the in-game store!  From the in-game home screen, click the Store button in the menu bar near the top of the screen.  The cost of the upgrade will be the difference between the cost of your current Founder's Pack tier and the cost of the tier you're upgrading to.
